The March AD hit newsstands last week, and it is fantastic. Helmed by editrix extraordinaire Margaret Russell (about whom the New York Times wrote a lengthy piece in last Thursday's Home & Garden section), the new AD marries the transportive photography and emphasis on architecture of the old magazine with Ms. Russell's distinctive, fashion-forward vision.
One of its features provided a tour of the Fifth Avenue apartment of heiress Daphne Guinness, designed by architect Daniel Romualdez (who also designed, among others, Tory Burch's New York pad).
Ms. Guiness owns this magnificent Damien Hirst 2003 butterfly painting, "Another Amazing Transcendental Experience".
Eyestorm is offering this 2007 Damien Hirst cathedral print, "St. Peter" (at least they were before the weekend).
