Le weekend. Le petit dejeuner a la Chateau. Beaucoups rose. But they were out of Aperol, much to our out-of-town guest's chagrin. No matter, she switched to bellinis. Make your own Aperol Spritz (a lishy little Italian cocktail) at home.
3 oz. Prosecco (can substitute sauv blanc)
1 oz. Aperol
splash of soda water, club soda, or sparkling water
garnish with slice of orange, serve over rocks
